Only homeowner watercraft may use the Marina and boat ramp. The yearly fee invoice is mailed early in the New Year and your slip fee MUST be returned by the due date for a slip to available to you for the summer season. Homeowner boat registration must also be provided before a slip is allocated. Each eligible homeowner is entitled to one slip and some extras may be leased to Sylvan Lake Sailing Club. If you have purchased your home after the due date, you may contact Sim & Thorne to check slip availability for the current season. Boat slips do not belong to a homeowner or a particular home. Departing owners must relinquish their slip and existing owners who have requested a change are first in line for these slips. New owners are guaranteed a slip but not any particular one. The harbormaster attempts to give everyone their choice, but is restricted sometimes due to existing owners requests or for safety reasons.
