How involved will my listing agent be with the sales contract?
Generally, your listing agent will not be involved with your sales contract. You will want to handle most of the sales contract and transactions yourself to help save on commissions. The only “real” duty of your listing agent is to place your home into the MLS network; however, if you need advice and help with any of the aspects of selling your home, your listing agent will most likely be able to help you for an additional price. You will know if your listing agent can provide you these extra services once you list your home.
