How intimidating was the first game in Egypt?
To be honest with you my country and Egypt don’t get on for some reason, when they came to Algeria we welcomed them and treated them like kings, and I thought it would be the same when we went to Egypt. But it is OK now it is over, to be honest they weren’t very professional and prior to the trip we were told that it is a very nice country and the people would be very nice, but for me the things that happened to us were unbelievable. But it is over and we are now all looking forward to the World Cup. Were you on the coach that had its windows broken? Yes I was, they smashed the windows of the coach and some of the players got cut by the broken glass. Fortunately I was OK, but some of the starting 11 were hurt and it was quite frightening and when the game came some of the players weren’t focussed on it because of what had happened and I think some of them were a little scared and we lost the game.
