How Indias population is controlled?

I think you’ll find India do have restrictions on population over crowding. In 1981 the government saw that the Indian population was over 800million people, so they had to find a way to stop this. So all boys born in the years ending in 2 and 8 had their tinkles chopped off. This just cause lots of lady boys and turned over 29% of the population to turn on the goverment as they though this was wrong. So in 2007 this was stopped. They have now introduced a new scheme. Called ‘A cow for a Kid’. If you have more than one child you can swap it for a Cow. The child is then blassed off into outaspace never to bother anyone again. Indias population is expected to decrease to only 34million people by 2010. This is a vast improvement on the 1billion they have now.
