How important was Nazi propaganda in gaining public support for anti Semitic actions in the years 1933 – 1939?
Nazi propaganda was approximately as important in the matter as Israeli and US media propaganda has been in winning support for Israel during the decades after the war until now, along with ‘get out of jail free’ cards whenever Israel does anything to prove it’s not different from any other government insofar as atrocities, firing on US ships and terrorism. As important as propaganda has been in giving the impression to millions of school children that the Holocaust in Germany was only about Jews, and that genocides are rare unless Jews are the victims.
