How important is the role of Symbiosa Foundation?
Symbiosa Foundation is a natural extension of broader aims of Symbiosa Alliance to promote changes in the society that will also benefit the member companies. One such example are the schools co-funded, or entirely funded, by Symbiosa Foundation. Another one is the Apprentice Exchange scheme, where apprentice period covers professional induction in the original company and also extends into short apprenticeship at the volunteering networked companies. This serves not only the apprentices themselves but also creates a stronger societal bond between the SCN members.
