How important is the GRE score?
GRE score is compulsory for admissions to most colleges in the US, some colleges in Canada and a few in other countries. Your GRE score is the single most important factor in your admission to the top program. No matter how good your undergraduate GPA is, or how inspiring your statement of purpose is, you do not stand a chance in the top program unless you have a good GRE score.
