What kind’ve nutrition plan do you think guys like Vince Carter, Michael Jordan, Spud Webb or (insert whomever you want here) are on? Most good athletes eat copious amounts of food. Usually a significant portion of that food is made up of items that aren’t necessarily concluded super clean. Afterall, McDonalds was the fare of choice at the last olympic games. From a performance perspective it is important that you get enough of the basic macronutrients – protein and carbohydrates.
