In India, most sportspersons are vegetarian, they dont understand how important diet is. There are certain nutrients which can be got only by eating non-vegetarian food. So, on the advice of my trainer I started eating chicken and meat. I definitely feel the difference in the way I feel and in my energy levels and fitness. How did you lose weight, did you follow any specific diet? I dont believe in any fixed diets. I follow a policy of eat less than you burn to lose weight.
