How important is avoiding stress and getting enough sleep?
A. Stress will prevent you from losing weight. Too much stress will give you a headache. If you have to take some headache medicine – go ahead. Get at least 7-8 hours sleep. Sleeping less than 7 hours may/will affect weight loss. If you have time, even 8-9hours will knock off an extra pound or two. More Sleep=Less Stress=More lost weight. Please give me examples of how this diet will NOT work. 1) You listen to loud music and/or sleep very little. Even though you only had 500 calories you may not lose ANY weight. 2) You had some cough syrup (Sugared Product) 3) You had a small amount of alcohol. 4) You ate/drank artificial sweeteners 5) You ate SUGAR or a SUGARED product. (Chewing gum, for example) For breath, buy organic mints (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods) Mints have calories so only take as needed. 6) You did not use your homemade salad dressing. Remember, vinegar and a little olive oil. Garlic, fresh lemon juice and organic seasonings are okay. 7) You eat something not on MENU LIST. Fo
