How important are the examiner’s credentials?
They are paramont . It’s no secret that the practice of polygraph testing is controversial. Much of the problem is due to the fact that there are some truly incompetent examiners giving the profession a bad name. However, it’s almost impossible for a layman to tell a good examiner from a bad one. For a polygraph test to have any credibility (and utility for your client) it must be done by an examiner whose credentials are truly extraordinary.
