Human resource policies are the cornerstone for anysuccessful company. The maximum success comes from good people. The best of computers and infrastructure cannot deliver on their own. They require good, motivated people. At the same time most, people are not born geniuses. They are average, people who deliver in one organisation, may be a flop in another. The difference is in HR policies. Do you think that compensation is the best way to retain talent? Good organisations pay well and keep their staff motivated. The importance of money in motivating people cannot be underestimated. Abraham Maslow’s theory of hierarchy still holds true.
