How Importance Are Government Leaderes To The Prosperity Of The Country?
Of course there’s no right answer to this, and frankly I don’t know myself. Do you think that countries become prosperous because of brilliant (though of course not necessarily ethical leadership such as Stalin, Hitler etc) leadership or do you believe that countries become prosperous primarily because of their citizens and things outside the control of government (e.g. Russia would have become a superpower even without Stalin and his contributions are minimal (and evils unforgivable)…
