How implement PPQA on organizations starting with CMMI?
PPQA is an PA that is generally hard to implement for most organizations on their firts steps in Process Improvement using CMMI. Companies are generally experts in their particular business but they have lack of expertise in the qa disciplines. PPQA is often found to be a weakness during appraisals (QA training is not well addressed, audits are not institutionalized, etc) How this issue can be addressed?
