How implement innovations at the long run in extreme conservative and traditional organizations?
Martin this is an impossible question! Referring to some our previous exchange I can only think at three interlinked ways (that also take into account scarce resources as you often mentioned): o Implementing a series of pilot projects, o Create success stories that speak for your activity, o Focus on the real beneficiaries: companies that can become wealthier because they introduce some forms of innovations. It is also important to conduct this process under the umbrella of a strong and charismatic figure that will champion the policy stage and “protect” the programme.
