How I can make a Pull String piñata from scratch?
I would like to make a pull string piñata from scratch. I’d like to square and put a picture of thomas the train on it. I know what I want it to look like, but do not know how. Can anyone help? Materials: 1. A flat-bottomed pinata. (Buy a Thomas the Train, piñata at Wal-mart) or use a heavy construction paper and small boxes to make the train. personally I just bought one. 2. Box cut and / or scissors. 3. Wide string or tape. 4. Elmer glue, the kind that dries clear. 5. Crepe (tissue) paper that matches the color piñatas your screen, or is a complementary color. Crepe Paper or enough colors to cover train piñata Step 1: Mark 3 “x3” x3 “area at the bottom of the piñata that indicates where an incision is made. The whole area is covered with another layer of crepe paper in step 7. Step 2: Make the 3 “x3” x3 “incision with a knife or scissors. Step 3: Make a hole in the center of the trap door with scissors.
