How I can make a printscreen (screenshot)?
A printscreen (screenshot) is a copy of your screen which can be attached in an email and sent to us so we can see that your payment has been made. A printscreen is created by opening the window where the payment has been completed and pressing Alt+PrtSc. After pressing Alt+PrtSc, the printscreen must be pasted into a word-document or Paint file before being sent to us as an email attachment.
