To ensure that DRM-protected content will work after the software update in the device, follow these recommendations. • Use Nokia PC Suite to back up the device memory and use either Mass storage or Media player to transfer your content. There are two memory locations in the device, the internal memory and the hard disk drive/memory card. • You may also have to refresh the music library after starting the device. • Note: Windows Media DRM-protected content cannot be backed up and restored with this method. It will have to be resynchronized with the PC to work again. Depending on the content subscription, additional rights may have to be retrieved from the content provider.
