How I can be assured that the property investment is at fair market value?
All of our properties are appraised independently by bank approved (AACI) professional appraisers, who do these assessments to protect the banks’ interest, since the banks are the ones who typically put up the most money into the investment. We also review comparable properties in the neighbourhood to ensure the purchase price is fair. We believe that we make the most money the day we buy a good property, not just the day we sell a property.
