How hot will the milk be exiting the pasteurizer?
In the manual units, the treated milk is cooled in either an optional cooling section available with the pasteurizer, or in a farm supplied cooling section. If no method of cooling is supplied, the treated milk will exit at or below the pasteurization temperature and will be air cooled. In the automatic units, the treated milk can be set to a desired temperature using the mixing valve.
