How hot is the water from the tankless gas water heater?
It can be as high as 167F. The tankless water heaters we distribute have computer-controlled systems, which is pre-set at the factory to deliver 140F water. This temperature can be regulated up or down by use of a remote temperature controller. In abnormal installations, a domestic hot water mixing valve is recommend.
