The OnEnergy solar system is installed with the plane of the roof. From the top of the module to the roof deck the system is less than 5″ off the roof. From the bottom of the module to the roof deck the height varies with the type of mount you choose, low profile mount for asphalt, flashed mount for asphalt, or tile attachment. The low-profile OnEnergy system rests 2 inches off the asphalt roof, 3 inches with flashing or tile attachment.
