How high must my garden fence be to stop my kangaroo leaping over it and escaping?

Well this is a pretty stupid question for starters.. If ‘your’ kangaroo is trying to jump your fence then that means it wants to escape and most likely wants to get back to its mob (family). Kangaroos aren’t meant to be kept as pets but I know that there are some cases that they are, in those cases the kangaroo was most likely rescued as a joey and was brought up as a pet and in those cases the kangaroo wont ever leave as they believe that there owners are their mob.. My mother used to have a pet kangaroo when she was younger which her family rescued as a joey and and it stayed with them till the day it died they even took it camping! but it never left them.. So if you seriously do have a poor kangaroo locked up that is trying to escape then I suggest you let it go cause it ovbviously isnt domesticated..
