How high is the sample loss due to evaporation when using 96 x 0.2 ml PCR tubes in the thermoblock for microtest tubes with adapter plate?

When filling the PCR tubes with 100 µl or 200 µl of water respectively and incubating for 5 hours at 65 °C in the ThermoStat plus, this results in a loss of app. 1 µl water per tube.
