If you kept the speed around 10-15 MPH you could pull a trailer weighing several thousand pounds. The thing to keep in mind is that the trucks only weigh around 2000 pounds so if you were to go 40 MPH and try to stop, the weight of the trailer is going to push you and make the stopping distance much longer. The bumper assemblies we sell are made with a receiver hitch already installed.
