How have weddings worked in the past?
We have had weddings of all sizes and styles at Spirit Lake. Smaller events had the ceremony on the lawn using chairs or bales of straw for benches, held the reception inside the Lodge and their dance on the deck. Larger outdoor events rented their tent, tables and chairs using the Lodge for food preparation, the bridal luncheon, a place for the wedding party to dress, the reception buffet line, etc. Let your imagination run wild with possibilities.
