How have the Oakland Zoos animal habitats changed under management of the East Bay Zoological Society?

0

For the past 20 years, the East Bay Zoological Society has focused its efforts on completely renovating and remodeling the Zoo. As with many older zoos, the Oakland Zoo started with outdated, undersized, and sterile cages. One step at a time, the Society managed to remove the old cages and replace each cage with expanded, naturalistic, and more natural environments for its animals. At the same time, the Society managed to expand and improve all of its guest facilities.
