How have the KSF Outlines been developed?
KSF outlines have been developed by managers either in conjunction with staff in groups in many cases or shared with a number of staff before being submitted for checking and approval by the KSF Manager. KSF outlines are not set in stone and are likely to change over time to reflect the changes to your post and in the knowledge and skills required. However, the outline should be realistic and achievable for everyone in that post.
