How have the data processing, aggregation and dissemination systems been tested?
(I9) All data processing systems underwent substantial acceptance testing when moved to a new version of the processing system. A test and production environment exists for all systems, and no system is moved into production until it is fully functional in the test environment. Other testing often involves parallel running in the old and new environments (if time and resources permit), and when new estimation systems or techniques are being trialled the results generated are compared with another source to ensure consistency.
