How have INSZooms customer service and initial training been?
The initial training was excellent. We learned the basic details needed to navigate the system, input receipt data, and work with various correspondence tools. From our experience using INSZoom, many of the features need to be explored individually to learn their procedures and usefulness. The staff is always friendly and courteous on the phone, and they are eager to please and help in any way they can. Overall, we have been very satisfied with INSZoom and feel it is a valuable tool in making our office run smoothly.
