How has World Vision been able to help?
World Vision is working in temporary camps and settled communities in Darfur. In camps World Vision provides a variety of programmes, including food aid, health care services, education, women’s centres with small loans, water, sanitation and child friendly spaces. World Vision is also working with other communities that have returned home or those that have remained settled throughout the conflict. The activities include the provision of water and sanitation, education help, health care and agricultural support.
