Transport permits are required by Napa County and the State for transport of oversized loads on their respective roadways. Reclamation has required the existing concession contractors to develop a plan for trailer removal to assure all trailers are removed by the end of the contracts and to meet the transport requirements of the county and the State. Many of the existing trailers will not likely be safe to transport and may need to be disassembled on site. If that is the case no transport permit is required.
