SOPEL: The overall transition has been great. weather-wise I’m not too sure. The first three weeks it was too hot to go outside. Now I get up in the morning and it’s freezing. I’m just trying to adjust to the weather patterns down here. So far so good though. How does Atlanta compare to some of the other cities you’ve played in like Vancouver, LA, Chicago and Long Island? SOPEL: Obviously Atlanta is different from those cities. I’m still trying to get used to traffic patterns and everything else the city has going on. But so far it’s been a great city. I’ve enjoyed my short time here so far and I’m looking forward to having a long career here as a Thrasher. I’ve eaten at a few places and I lot of guys tell me the restaurants here are really good. One by one I’ll go down their lists. What did you do on your day with the Stanley Cup? SOPEL: On my day with the Cup I kept it in the town I live in just outside of Chicago where my wife and kids are. I have an old tractor- a Massey-Harrison 1
