Four generations of scenery have shipped with various V6.x-V7.x versions: • V6.00-V6.06: This scenery is equivalent in format and detail to the V5 scenery, except that the terrain grid was increased to 150×200 elevation points per square degree. Basic scenery shipped with the X-Plane 6.00 CD covered only the continental US. Three additional CDs covered most of the rest of the world. • V6.10-V6.13: The second generation scenery was a complete remake of the texture design and incorporated land use data, highways, railroads, and power lines.
