The country has moved out of small, dingy places where two people could make a crowd to beautiful showrooms with impeccable displays and high end audio/video systems. No one expected such growth so soon. For instance, almost every MI-retailer already has or is working on a website to capitalise on the youth’s inclination towards the internet. I see this as a definite sign of good times ahead. Customer service, consistency, technical know-how, product availability and after Sales Support are gaining importance. We’re moving towards better stores. The number of retailers has been rising in all parts of the country. The number of young entrepreneurs in this field is looking up. 2.
