How has the experience been for Starcom MediaVest Group in the last year?
Overall, positive and satisfactory. Launch of India Media Exchange has been an excellent experience, and our already strong investment product has become even stronger. IMX’ ‘scale in context’ operating principle is delivering customized solutions to our clients, while many of our rivals continue to commoditize media. TARDIIS, our television genie of a tool suite, has already delivered significantly superior television plans to our clients, in its fi rst full year of operation. ‘C’, our luxury and lifestyle marketing consultancy, has now been recognized by many as a world first, and while we had to tweak our original business model a bit, it has now started picking up serious clients. We gave a big push to our training agenda and have already completed nearly two thousand hours of training, including physical and web-based training. Some of other internal initiatives have got delayed a bit though, primary amongst them being development of a new intranet and websites for a couple of our
