How has the district used funds approved in the recent technology levy?
The White Salmon Valley School District received its first round of technology funds from the recently passed technology levy this school year. These funds were used to replace all computers in each of the school buildings through a competitive lease to own process. Each building has a combination of new classroom student desktops and mobile labs available for student use. The implementation of the new computers is almost complete. The district is very grateful for the community support we have received in providing the updated technology required for 21 st Century classroom instruction and student learning activities.
