Q: With a growing business of your own and participation in multiple business-related organizations, how do you have time for everything? A: It isn’t about time; it’s about priorities. While I maintain relationships with customers and employees, senior leaders run the business. I don’t have to deal with daily operations; I know our customers are cared for. I believe a lot of small-business people think you wait until you get things under control and then you volunteer, but that just doesn’t work. There will never be a day when everything is under control. You cannot have time for others if all your time is on your own needs, so I learned early to delegat
