Enviro Tech’s technology infringes none of those patents because of the innovative process used to make it. In fact, it is impossible to make BromMax® using the processes employed to produce Sta-br-ex or Stabrom 909. Enviro Tech has applied for its own patents worldwide in order to protect its inventions.
