Their new material (TPU) offers a number of advantages, besides being much better for the environment: • It’s softer and more malleable, so has a nicer feel to it • It’ll perform much better if you want to take it somewhere really cold. It is still soft and malleable at -40 degrees and below • It has a greater tensile strength, meaning it’s even more difficult to tear or rip apart The Aquaclip Sealing System: The Aquaclip is the key to all Aquapacs. It is an amazing little device that seals the case with a simple twist of a lever. has a V-groove in one half and a raised V on the other. When the levers on the male half are turned they run up a ramp on the female half, squeezing the two together. The pressure is not sufficient to cut the soft plastic case material, but just enough to make a totally hermetic seal.
