How hard is the GMAT?
The GMAT is not easy for those who left the college many years ago. In the math section, you are not allowed to use a calculator. So you need to do a lot of practice. And the verbal section is tricky due to the length of the sentences. To get a good score, you have to be well prepared, which requires at least six months of concentrated effort. Students from non-mathematics background should make extra effort in tackling the quantitative section.
