How hard is proving a mother unfit?
Well its only hard to prove stuff if theres really nothing “to” prove the only way he can prove you an unfit mother is having proof that you deglect and or abuse your son and he has to have proof the hear say crap doesnt go well with the judge. i have a good friend whos just went threw the same crap and she got her boys back 2 weeks later cause there was no proof that she neglected or abused her children .
