How hard is it to trasfer movies from my computer to these video glasses?

It is very easy, all you do is plug the glasses in to your Computer with the supplied USB Cable. Your PC or MAC will automatically open the glasses as a new external drive. All you do is copy and past or drag and drop your movies/video files/MP3s to the external drive and that’s it.
