How hard is it to become a wrestler?
ive trained for pro wrestling just to learn the flow if you want to know how hard it is stand with your knees slightly bent fall back on your floor with hitting your back and arms perfectly flat knees still bent slightly and head tucked down a little do that about 50 times (starting once you get the fall right) in a row on preferred concrete floor if you can do that every day for lets say one month you just got the hardest move in pro wrestling down the bump everything else is easy just remember “to the left” always “to the left”
