How hard are the covers to install?
• Covers are not very difficult to install. You will need to remove the seat from the vehicle. We will be happy to walk you through the process over the phone. If you do not want to do the installation yourself, a reasonable price for an upholstery shop to install would be around $50. • Is this an OEM part? • Our replacement leather is an exact clone of the factory original leather. NOTE: For Chevrolet year models 1995-1999 the heating element is sewn onto the cover with bright orange thread. You will need to cut the thread and transfer the element to the new cover. For Chevrolet & GMC year models 2000 – 2007 the heading element is built into the foam cushion.
