Individual “freedom” is a misnomer when paired with the concept of government. If there is government, then the question of balance lies within how much “privilege” the government allows, not freedom. Truly, in our 2010 world, the only “freedom” is thought and breath. In rural areas where access to water is not confined, then drinking it is also a freedom.
