Congratulations to your lads – made the most of our weak top order batting and thus deserved the victory. Johnson is certainly showing promise to be the next Brett Lee. The work ethic and determination are obviously there, and experience can do wonders for any cricketer. I think he will, in time, go on to be one of the great bowlers of all time. I think it was a fair call to award Johnson mam of the match – he delivered the goods in BOTH innings. Katich had one very good innings and one average innings. Edit: 56 wickets from 14 tests – that’s exactly 4 wickets per match. Brett Lee is going at 4.11 wickets per test, (300 from 73) so on that count there’s not much between them, and it is only early days in Johnson’s career.
