How good is the quality from 8 & 16MM reel to reel to DVD?
That depends on what shape the reels are in. Reel to reel footage is NOT digital video. It will be converted to digital and put onto DVD. The fact remains; the original quality is will be the same as on the finished DVD. Some color correction can be purchased, but quality is as before…only as good as the original.
