e-FAQ does not perform a grammatical analysis, so grammar doesn’t play a large factor in producing a match. However, e-FAQ does take into account the proximity of words to other words in a phrase. Matching is based on words, their synonyms, their parts of speech and their proximity. As a result, misspellings could degrade the matching result somewhat. Also, using word proximity allows different parts of a question to be matched.
