How good are conventional sit-ups and press ups ?
They’re really good for you and people really underestimate them. I’ve only used gym equipment maybe 2 times in my life, and I prefer standard, non equipment exercise. It’s simply easier because I don’t have to take up space at home or use money going to a gym. As for the situps, I don’t do those because they tend to put harmful stress on your lower back and work on your thighs instead of your abs since someone is pushing down on your feet. If you combine different exercises, you can be just as toned or even better toned than people who use gym equipment. Just research more about different exercises to make your workout interesting and you should be fine. Hope this helps and good luck!
